You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the photos you upload. You must only upload photos of yourself or photos you have explicit permission to use. We are not responsible for how you use the generated videos.

3. Credits and Payments

Credits are non-refundable once used for generation. Purchased credit packs do not expire. Subscription credits are refreshed weekly and do not roll over. If generation fails due to a system error, credits will be refunded to your account.

4. Limitations

We do not guarantee video generation quality for all photo types. Results may vary depending on photo quality, lighting, and subject positioning.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
